The Panthers have announced that running back Christian McCaffrey will not play against the Lions this Sunday and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is officially designated as questionable. Left tackle Russell Okung, right guard John Miller and cornerback Donte Jackson are all doubtful for Sunday.
