The Carolina Panthers will face off against the Buffalo Bills tonight in their second preseason game, and the first game of 2019 at Bank of America Stadium in the Queen City. Hopefully we see a good game with no injuries on either side and get a chance to see some of the fringe roster players make their case for a spot on the 53-man roster.
