On Monday, they signed receiver Trevor Graham, a Raleigh native who starred in football and track at N.C. State. Graham's addition puts the Panthers' roster at the current league limit of 90.
Graham, who's switched back to his given name after spending his college and pro career known as T.J., was a third-round pick of the Bills in 2012. In his first two seasons, caught 54 passes for 683 yards and three touchdowns, but he was released in final cuts ahead of the 2014 season.
Graham, 27, then got looks from Titans, Jets and Saints, but from 2014-15, he combined for just seven receptions, 111 yards and one score.
