The Carolina Panthers have reached out to personal seat license (PSL) owners at Bank of America Stadium regarding their plans for a reduced capacity 2020 season, according to panthers.com. The changes they are putting into affect are “based on guidelines from state and local government, medical professionals and public health officials.”
PSL owners are being allowed the option to attend a limited number of games per account. No accounts, it seems, are being allowed access to every game of the season as the team tries to extend accessibility to the largest number of fans that they can.
