The biggest moves the Panthers have made this offseason have been keeping their own guys on the roster. They have signed all of their exclusive rights free agents to one-year deals (Bryan Cox Jr., Elijah Hood, Efe Obada, Damian Parms), signed tight end Chris Manhertz to a two-year contract, kept linebacker Jared Norris for two more years, signed safety Colin Jones to a two-year deal, and retained safety Eric Reid by signing him to a three-year contract worth up to $23 million.
