Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer is reporting that the Panthers are re-signing RB Fozzy Whittaker to a two-year contract on Tuesday.
In 2016, Whittaker appeared in all 16 games for the Panthers and rushed for 265 yards on 57 carries (4.6 YPC) to go along with 25 receptions for 226 yards receiving and 275 kick return yards.
