Silatolu played for Carolina from 2012-15 and then again in 2017. Silatolu attended training camp with the Chicago Bears in 2016, but was released prior to the regular season and did not play. He has played in 48 career games with 31 starts, all with the Panthers.
Last season, Silatolu saw action in 14 games and started at right guard for the last three games of the regular season with Trai Turner out injured. He helped the Panthers rank fourth in the NFL with 131.4 rushing yards per game.
A second-round draft choice (40th overall) by the Panthers in 2012, Silatolu was an All-Rookie selection by Pro Football Weekly/PFWA in 2012 when he started a career-high 15 games, all at left guard.
