Friday NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero gave us an update on how Newton’s recovery is going. By all accounts, it sounds like it’s going well. Newton still has a long way to go, but obviously that is expected. I can only imagine that he is itching to get back our football field as soon as possible. We saw firsthand last season what type of competitive fire he had.
