Desmond King finished his junior season with eight interceptions and hype that he would be the top cornerback taken in the 2015 NFL Draft. However, King elected to both finish his college career and earn his degree instead. Unfortunately, his 2016 season may have hurt his draft stock as King’s senior year produced just three interceptions and questions about a move to safety.
