Cian Fahey, the Irish NFL analyst, recently posted his rankings for offensive supporting casts, i.e. which quarterbacks have the most and least help on offense. He scored each team’s offensive line, coaching, wide receivers, tight ends, and runningbacks. Each category is weighted as well. For example, offensive line can get a possible 30 points whereas runningbacks can only get a max of 10 points. As you can see by the table below, he is less than impressed with most of Carolina’s offensive roster and staff:
That’s right, the Panthers rank fourth to last with their worst categories being offensive line and wide receivers (surprise, surprise).
