CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Chris Scott broke his silence.
The Carolina Panthers backup offensive lineman has given the same response every time he has been approached for an interview – which hasn’t been a lot – this season.
“I don’t do interviews,’’ Scott would say in his deep voice.
Until Wednesday.
Scott, 28, decided to do a full interview as a warmup for Super Bowl 50, where all players must be available to talk to the media for four sessions next week.
