As the offseason goes on it’s becoming clear that adding more depth at the position is a high priority for general manager Dave Gettleman.
One way to do that is through the draft, and we shouldn’t be surprised to see the Panthers pick at least a few DL prospects when they are on the clock come May. (Here are three that may be worth considering.)
Another way is to find bargains in free agency. Right now it appears that’s what Gettleman has in mind.
