The Carolina Panthers ink another veteran in the secondary.
Per the official Panthers Twitter page, the team has signed veteran cornerback Chris Houston to a one year deal. The former Detroit Lion sat out all of 2014 with an injury and hasn't been under contract with an NFL team since around this time LAST year, when he was waived following toe surgery. The Panthers waived cornerback Jocquel Skinner in a corresponding move, who hasn't seen the practice field at all during OTA's this year with a hammy injury.Houston was a four year starter in Detroit before the injury bug hit him.
