The Carolina Panthers completed their 2017 coaching staff Thursday, announcing the promotion of Curtis Fuller to secondary coach and the hiring of Lance Taylor as wide receivers coach and Jeff Imamura as assistant defensive back and nickels coach.
Fuller has spent the previous four seasons in Carolina, serving at the team’s defensive back and nickels coach last year, assistant special teams and nickels coach in 2015, defensive assistant and defensive backs coach in 2014, and Fuller began his career with the Panthers as a coaching administrative assistant during the 2013 campaign.
Fuller filled the void of former secondary and assistant head coach Steve Wilks, who was promoted to Carolina’s defensive coordinator on Jan.
