Per Bill Voth at Blackandbluereview.com, the Panthers will bring back veteran defensive tackle Kyle Love. The move comes in response to the high ankle sprain suffered by Vernon Butler in Sunday's game. With Butler out, the Panthers only had one other defensive tackle for their rotation, so a move needed to be made. Love played in almost every game during the 2015 season as a rotational piece, so the move makes a whole lot of sense.
Currently, Vernon Butler is expected to miss at least four weeks due to his injury, which would likely mean we’re looking at a return following the Panthers bye week.
