With DE Charles Johnson on IR to Return it was important for the next man to step up. We saw DE Kony Ealy do just that this past Sunday in Seattle.
In fact in the two GIFs below it's like we saw Ealy mature from the second quarter to the third. In this first GIF at 11:28 in the 2nd quarter we saw Kony bite on the play action which allowed Russell Wilson to get the edge and gain 12 yards.
It worked once so why not run it again later? At least that's what the Seahawks though.
