Offense:
- LG Andrew Norwell (+3.9) was perfect in pass protections on 46 pass sets.
- Cam Newton (-0.4 overall) had a perfect passer rating (158.3) on aimed targets to Philly Brown (+1.0). Newton went 3 for 3 for 57 yards and a TD on passes to Brown.
- Carolina receivers totaled 3 dropped passes, one apiece for Ted Ginn, Kevin Norwood, and Greg Olsen.
