The Panthers fell just short of upsetting the Saints in Week 7 yesterday when they lost 27-24 in a closely fought game. While losing a game to a division rival isn’t the most fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon, the Panthers played decently well for the most part. This game was more frustrating than anything because a win was well within the Panthers’ reach if they had just executed in a few critical situations. For that reason, there will be more winners than losers in this week’s column even though we lost the game.
