The Panthers have made their final cuts to get to the 53-man roster before the 4 p.m. deadline on Tuesday, August 31, and now can make waiver claims for players cut by other teams. The waiver order follows the NFL Draft order until Week 4 of the regular season begins, so the Panthers are currently eighth in line if they want to pick up any waived players.
