The Panthers chose to draft Rashaan Gaulden with the No. 85overall selection. A versatile prospect, Gaulden played all over the secondary in Tennessee. He played safety, cornerback, and nickel back. There were questions as to where he would play in the NFL, and now Carolina must answer them. Where will he go for Carolina?
What he brings to Carolina
This kid can hit. He’s an excellent tackler and forced a lot of fumbles in college. He can play in the box and stop runs on the perimeter. Gaulden has excellent instincts, and has experience playing all over the secondary.
