The tight end grouping is another position that has not changed much over the seasons. The teams unquestioned TE1 is Greg Olsen, who is on the field for more than 99% of offensive snaps, having been out there for 100% just one season ago. He is backed up by Ed Dickson whenever the Panthers decided to go with two tight ends, and we also occasionally get a Scott Simonson or Chris Manhertz sighting. There is no question about the current makeup of the position, but there are plenty of questions about its future.
