According to Ian Rapoport, the Panthers have signed former Green Bay Packers cornerback Ladarius Gunter, who was released yesterday. In order to make room for him on the 53-man roster, the Panthers have decided to part ways with rookie kicker Harrison Butker.
Graham Gano was given the opportunity to keep his job in Week 1 against the 49ers, and apparently his 3/3 performance on field goals less than 40 yards was good enough to please the Panthers brass into keeping him for the entire year.
