NFL Draft Grades: Rotoworld’s Evan Silva gives Carolina Panthers a C- for their 2018 draft class

For the most part, the Carolina Panthers have received high grades for their 2018 draft class. A lot of experts believe the Panthers filled several of their biggest needs with quality prospects and have reflected that opinion with A and B grades for Marty Hurney’s first draft in his 2.0 stint as general manager.

Evan Silva of Rotoworld, however, believes the Panthers could have done better.
