The NFL continued their countdown of the top 100 players as voted on by their peers (supposedly) on Monday night, and Luke Kuechly slots in as the final Carolina Panther on this years list, ranked at number twenty overall. This ranking comes in a year where despite his missing the final six games of the season recovering from a concussion, Kuechly turned in his fifth straight 100+ tackle season. He also is the highest ranked inside linebacker of the countdown, so fans can rest easy knowing that even in a season where he didn’t play a full slate, the name Kuechly still commands the lofty respect it should.
