When people think about football and football players they don’t usually think about notoriously nonathletic aspects of culture like writing or comic books. Josh Norman has made his Batman jokes and Super Cam goes without questioning, but the influence of the comic book industry has usually been a one way street. That rule doesn’t apply to Ryan Kalil, the Pro Bowl Center who likes to go his own way. So it’s no surprise that aside from his many on the field talents, Ryan has added comic book contributor to his resume which has also included Superbowl prognosticator and purveyor of fashionable faux wildlife head wear.
