At 37 years old, Carolina Panthers defensive end Julius Peppers is still setting records.
Peppers earned the league’s NFC Defensive Player of the Week nod for his performance against New England last week.
He sacked quarterback Tom Brady twice, hurried him three times and recorded four tackles in the Panthers’ 33-30 victory in Foxborough.
The award is Peppers’ seventh, which is the most any active NFL player has received.
