EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Jason Pierre-Paul recorded his first sack of the season Sunday in his sixth game back with the New York Giants since the July 4 fireworks accident that cost him his right index finger.
The sack came in the second quarter of the Giants' game against the Panthers. Pierre-Paul took down Cam Newton on a play when the coverage downfield forced the Carolina quarterback to hold the ball longer than he wanted to.
Pierre-Paul got up from the sack and mimicked Newton's "dab" touchdown dance and Newton's "Superman" touchdown celebration.
