How the Panthers performed in the Pro Bowl

Linebacker Thomas Davis, tight end Greg Olsen, fullback Mike Tolbert and guard Trai Turner banded with 39 other elite players from the NFC for the 2017 Pro Bowl at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, but fell to the AFC 20-13 on Sunday night.

If MVP stood for “Most Valuable Panther,” Davis would have easily won the award. Not only did he serve as a captain for the NFC in his first Pro Bowl game, but he earned the start as well. He proved why he deserved the honor with six tackles – second most on the team – including one stop behind the line of scrimmage and another on third down to prevent Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders from reaching the marker.
