The Carolina Panthers are in the market for new leadership as they have finished the 2023 NFL regular season without a head coach or general manager. This morning’s firing of Scott Fitterer marked the closest the Panthers have come in franchise history to doing a full clean sweep of their front office.
They are, however, not alone in their search. The Washington Commanders are currently the only team looking for a new GM after the firing of head coach Ron Rivera, and they have already submitted interview requests to other teams for both GM and HC candidates.
