Sorry for putting a damper on your celebration of American independence with this awful news. Kendrick was drafted by the Panthers in the 7th round of the 2018 draft but spent the season on the Panthers practice squad. He was released at the end of the season. The Dolphins have since picked him up.
I hope he wasn’t conscious when they extracted him from the car. That is just too much to think about. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kendrick and his family and hope for a speedy recovery.
