CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Dontari Poe had his fourth weigh-in day and his fourth opportunity to earn a $125,000 bonus -- on Wednesday.
Poe's contract was structured with a weight incentive -- when he weighed in at 330 pounds or less on four specific dates, Poe would pick up an additional $125,000 bonus. He earned the initial incentive when he weighed in at 340 pounds or less for the first day of a mandatory minicamp in June.
The other weigh-ins requiring him to weigh 330 or less were the first day of training camp and the Wednesday before Week 3.
