The Carolina Panthers are one year removed from having the highest scoring offense in the NFL, averaging over 31 points per game. However, the offense took a step backwards last year and saw their point average drop to just over 23 points.
It only took one down year as it appears that the other three offenses in the NFC South have surpassed the Carolina Panthers, according to Chris Wesseling of NFL.com.
In a recent article he ranked the Top 10 offenses in the NFL for 2017 and had all of the Panthers’ divisional rivals in this group.
