Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper appeared on Wednesday’s episode of the RapSheet and Friends podcast. He speaks with Ian Rapoport for roughly ten minutes, starting at the 12:15 mark of the show.
Tepper called his first year as an owner a whirlwind. He said there were some issues that needed to be corrected on the business side of the organization, and that was his initial focus. He says being the main owner of a team is like having a child, so he takes the highs and the lows a lot more personally.
When asked about the new practice facilities, Tepper said that the temporary bubble at the current facility should be ready by August 1st.
