Carolina Panthers’ longtime center, Ryan Kalil, has been one of the team leaders for almost the entirety of his nine-year career.
And as a veteran leader in the NFL, especially along the offensive line, Kalil knows what it’s like to go through the early stages of a professional football career and as such, has decided to give back to rookies and young players everywhere.
Kalil, along with former Panthers lineman Jordan Gross and Geoff Hangartner, have authored a ‘Rookie Handbook’ on what to know as a rookie coming into the league.
The three lineman went on the Rich Eisen Show and talked about the book, specifically their inspiration for it.
