Carolina Panthers sign safety Juston Burris to two-year contract, per report

The Carolina Panthers have signed free agent safety Juston Burris to a two-year, $8 million deal, according to NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Burris was drafted in the fourth round (No. 118 overall) by the New York Jets in the 2016 NFL Draft. He has also spent time with the Cleveland Browns and was with the Las Vegas Raiders for six days (back when they were the Oakland Raiders). Burris has accumulated 71 tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one sack, 14 pass deflections and four interceptions in his career.
