Well, the Carolina Panthers finally made a move to bring in another wide receiver, however this move might not be exactly what we were thinking would happen, or expected.
The move was not bringing in a free agent veteran like Wes Welker who would bring not only his playmaking ability, but also the veteran presence. It also was not a player who was cut by another team during the first round of NFL team cuts.
Instead, the Panthers decided to make a trade? Why you ask? I am as lost for words as you are.
This trade was with the Seattle Seahawks for wide receiver Kevin Norwood, who was a 2014 selection by the Seahawks, in exchange for an undisclosed 2017 NFL draft pick.
