The Carolina Panthers have had an intriguing first half. Sitting with a record of 4-2, not many people predicted that they would be in this spot right now. Heading into the bye week, there are a lot of positives. For one, the offense seems to be clicking, and the defense is playing even better.
If someone had told me last year that the defense would be the calling card for this team, I would have laughed. Nevertheless, the defense has proven that they can put it together. Of course, the addition of Gerald McCoy certainly help matters.
