The Carolina Panthers offseason continues as much of the front office personnel is evaluating potential draft picks at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis this weekend. With roster needs along both lines prevalent, another position could also draw some attention either during free agency or the draft.
Since parting ways with superstar receiver Steve Smith, the Panthers have been in constant search of a replacement. Four draft picks, all in the first two rounds, have been utilized in an attempt to arm quarterback Cam Newton with a legitimate No. 1 option to no avail – yet.
