It would certainly make sense that Jonathan Stewart would feel uneasy about his place on the team entering this season. The Carolina Panthers used their Top 10 pick in April’s NFL Draft on a player that plays the same position as Stewart.
However, the veteran running back is not concerned about who will get carries in the backfield. He is instead focused on wins and getting back to the Super Bowl, according to ESPN’s David Newton.
When Stewart was asked about how the carries may be divided in the backfield, he stopped the discussion before it could get started.
