The Carolina Panthers offseason continues as general manager Marty Hurney works to round out the roster ahead of a third phase of training. Ten days of more organized activities and practices, in addition to the first full team minicamp of the year are set to begin in just under three weeks.
As the rookies, undrafted free agents and tryout players prepare for their introduction to the NFL, Hurney completed the current offseason roster by adding a few more players. After targeting many of the areas of need during free agency, the draft and following – there weren’t too many vacancies left to fill.
