With the end of the 2015 regular season, the Carolina Panthers had done what had never been done before.....again. The squad won its third consecutive NFC South Division title only one year after becoming the first team to take the division in back to back seasons. Still the criticism came and rightly so. The fact that the NFC South was putrid in 2014 and not that much improved in 2015 allowed doubters to continue their line of rationale that the Panthers were beneficiaries of a weak schedule. Having a 7 - 8 - 1 performance didn’t do much to quiet the haters.
