The Carolina Panthers didn’t get the result they would have hoped leaving Tennessee with a 34-27 loss to the Titans. However, the game wasn’t a complete loss and the team did have a few players who impressed.
According to Pro Football Focus, linebacker David Mayo led the Panthers with the highest grade of 85.5. The third-year linebacker saw extended playing time with the team deciding to keep starting linebacker Luke Kuechly out with sore ribs. Mayo rose to the occasion, flying all over the field and finishing with 10 total tackles, which was a team high.
