The Carolina Panthers entered 2018 with high hopes of a playoff return and first ever back-to-back winning seasons in franchise history. Off to a good start, both seemed attainable but a recent three game stretch of losses to Pittsburgh, Detroit and Seattle have all of their aspirations in jeopardy.
Carolina is currently 6-5 with five games remaining, all in December. Fortunately, coach Ron Rivera and his teams have performed well over the final full month of football. Comprising a 23-7 record in December, the Panthers need a similar finish to propel themselves back into the playoffs this year.
