The Carolina Panthers have made some bold moves on defense this offseason. But has it left the unit in a better position going into 2020?
It’s not like things could get any worse from a defensive perspective where the Carolina Panthers are concerned. They were one of the poorest groups statistically in 2019 as they struggled to cope with being on the field for considerable periods due to inconsistent quarterback play.
This was a primarily veteran group that failed to live up to expectations on the whole. While each player that has been moved on might see their chances improve in a different environment.
