We had a little think ourselves and came up with a dream coaching staff from individuals that have worked with the Carolina Panthers in a professional environment. There was plenty to choose from. And there have been some that have thrived under the pressure more than others.
This does not detract from what an exciting series of appointments that the Panthers made to their staff this offseason. Head coach Matt Rhule has surrounded himself with the right blend of youth and experience in the hope of possibly becoming a contender in the future.
