The Panthers have added $2 million in incentives to Greg Olsen’s contract, according to a tweet from NFL insider Adam Schefter.
According to Ian Rapoport, the incentives are based on catches, receiving yards, average yards per catch and “other honors”.

This is one of those “it’s a good deal for both sides” agreements. It’s a smart move by the Panthers to dangle the carrot in front of Olsen so they can take advantage of his on-field production, and it’s a good deal for Olsen as he’ll probably meet the incentives since he’s one of the Panthers’ primary weapons on offense.
