It’s Day 2 of the 2020 NFL draft and the Carolina Panthers currently hold the 38th and 69th overall picks. Yesterday they filled a huge hole in the front of their defense when they selected defensive tackle Derrick Brown from Auburn with the number seven overall pick. Unfortunately for Carolina, they have a lot of big, starter-level needs left with only two picks remaining in the top 100 picks of this draft.
The Carolina Panthers still have needs at: cornerback; defensive end; defensive tackle; middle linebacker; offensive guard; offensive tackle; and, arguably, safety.
Possibly the team’s biggest need at this time.
