The Carolina Hurricanes finally got it done.
They re-signed Seth Jarvis to a 63.2 million dollar contract for eight years.
The contract is reportedly a complicated one with signing bonuses and supposedly a deferred payment after the eight years which somehow, does not count against the team’s cap.
We will dissect that a bit more in a few days.
Jarvis has the potential to be a superstar and it is great news for the club to lock him up for eight years.
