Raleigh, N.C. – Before they battled out on the ice, the Carolina Hurricanes and Nashville Predators stood together in the center of the rink.
On the red line, they held a moment of silence, honoring the people and first responders impacted by Hurricane Helene.
This year’s annual Preseason Community Game held a different weight for many members of the sold-out audience, and even for some of the players.
