The Hurricanes will be back in action at PNC Arena tonight when they host the New Islanders.
Carolina (13-8-0) comes back on a bit of a hot streak, having won four of its last five games. On the flip side, New York (8-7-6) looks to snap a two-game losing skid to stay above .500.
The Islanders have had an eventful November, as a matter of fact, with four contests needing to be decided by bonus hockey, three of those by shootout. New York is 1-3 in those games.
Tonight’s game is the second of four meetings between the Canes and Isles this season.
